Job responsibilities
– Examine incoming mails/couriers for completeness; – Answer inquiries about Services offered in MINICOM; – Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly; – Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking; – Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone; – Maintain a balance between institution policy and customer benefit in decision making; – Handle issues in the best interest of both customers and the institution.

Job responsibilities
– Coordinate the whole process of planning and budgeting of the Ministry and affiliated agencies’ programs; – Consolidate Ministerial action plans; – Elaborate guidelines for the Ministry’s strategic plan; – Provide technical support to different departments and/or Units in elaboration of their respective action plans and strategic plans; – Plan Ministerial programs and projects in line with its vision, mission and goals; – Participate in producing a consolidated budget for the Ministry and ensure that it’s entered into the appropriate software (SMART IFMS, etc.). – Monitor the accuracy in budget execution in line with the Ministry’s Single Action Plan and advise the Ministry accordingly; – Advise the Directorate General of Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation on necessary changes and or review to improve planning and budgeting exercise; – To ensure Monitoring and Evaluation of the Ministry and affiliated agencies plans and programs, – Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports on Ministry Action Plan Implementation; – Conduct baseline studies to establish initial program performance indicators – Advise the Ministry on actions to be taken in order to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of plans and programs.
