Job responsibilities
• Managing all the cash transactions in their place of work • Maintaining a daily account of the daily transactions • Checking the daily cash balance • Interacting with the customers that come to the counter • Guiding and solving queries of customers • Checking for the price on the price list correctly • Providing training and assistance to newly joined cashiers • Reporting discrepancies they find within the accounts to their superiors • Make a daily report of transactions • Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene • Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager. • Submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the supervisor Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required: • Proficiency in financial management system, • Resource management skills • Analytical skills • Problem solving skills • Decision making skills • Time management skills • Risk management skills • Result Oriented • Digital literacy skills
