1. Sales Officer (5 Positions)
Key role/ responsibilities
- To be able to analyze and interpret market news with a view to providing quality service and inputs to clients and other business units.
- To be able to work together with other members of the company, to ensure delivery of high-quality service to customers.
- To provide comprehensive training to sales agents whenever necessary.
Qualification (education)
 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field with 1 year of experience in marketing or relevant role.Â

2. Marketing and sales representative
Key role/ responsibilities

- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company products and services.
- Answering client question about products, prices and availability
- Represent the company whether necessary
- Negotiate and deal with the clients
- Manage the sale system and control the marketing plan

Key role/ responsibilities
- Complete payroll functions in order to ensure staff are paid in an accurate and timely manner and related transaction updated in the accounting system.
- Managing the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Managing and handling all logistics cycles, processes and deals.
- managing and overseeing the bank’s deals and transactions
- managing the capital, cost revenue profit and cash flow at the company with full analysis reports evolving the cash position
- ensuring compliance with local, state and government requirements
- auditing accounts to ensure compliance with state and government regulations.
- Creating and managing sales analysis reports
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, files annual corporate tax return, to ensure all the taxes types on time with the deadline
- Establishing internal controls and guidelines for according
- transactions and budget preparation.
- Prepare transaction reports(aging, payment etc.…)
- Develop periodic reports for management attention.
- Supervise and manage daily work/ activities in payables section.
Qualification (education)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration commerce, economics, finance, accounting with 2 years of experience in accounting orrelevant role Additional skills Â

4. IT Officer 2 Positions
- Key role/ responsibilities
- Design GIF, POSTERS,BANNER, …
- Ensure the website is well designed and updated.
- Ensure troubleshooting of computer programs
- Troubleshoot any reported problem.
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions related to hardware or software and addition to installing new versions and updating them
- Collaborate with director of operation,
- Assist in any online application
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reportof activities
Qualification (education)
- Bachelor’ s degree or advanced diploma in information technology, computer science with 1 year of experience in web design.  Additional skills Â
