Role Overview

To scale VSO’s ability to deliver impact & influence. Strengthening VSO’s reputation, relationships and growing secured programme funding in-country and across the region.
Ideal Applicant Summary
A results- driven individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a successful track record of leadership at a senior level. The ideal candidate will bring experience of securing major funding or grants, managing change and building collaborative and effective strategic partnerships with donors and others across the sector.
