. Under the direct supervision and guidance of school construction specialist assigned to the province and overall supervision and guidance of the school construction program manager, the duties and responsibilities of the school construction field officers include but are not confined to . Assist skilled (A2 certificate Holder) site supervisor in all aspects of construction works with design specifications and quality standards including drawing, bills of quantities and technical specifications .
